Block Parade Sweater
Block Parade Sweater
PRODUCT: hand knitting pattern for Block Parade Sweater.
PUBLISHED: November 2024
INTRODUCTION
This was originally a sweater I designed and made up just for fun for a photoshoot. I wanted to play with colors and stitches in blocks to create this sweater. This would be a great beginner intarsia project, for those who have knit a garment before but might not have tackled intarsia. Here’s a project for you! A fun way to learn intarsia knitting along with playing with color blocking.
Thank you, Rachel of On The Round, for the yarn support for the vest/sleeveless sample!
Thank you, Katrina Walser, for tech editing!
CONSTRUCTION: Cropped length, set-in sleeve sweater with intarsia color blocking, 2 to 3 colors at a time. Each panel is knit separately and knit bottom up then seamed together and stitches picked-up for neck collar.

Pay What You Choose:
In order to make my designs more financially accessible but still valuing the work it takes to create these patterns, I am implementing a “Pay What You Choose” model. These prices indicate the fair amount that has been put into the designs and hopefully can become a sustainable way for me to keep creating hand knitting patterns.
Listed are the codes and the price you will be paying next to them:
No Code: $12.50

TTierB: $9.50
